Coastal5ive partners with national brands to run live promotional campaigns across the St. Petersburg and Tampa Bay areas. The Opportunity
This is a full-time, entry-level role based in Clearwater, FL — a great fit for recent grads or students wrapping up their semester who want to spend the summer building real, transferable skills. This isn't a desk job shadowing meetings you don't need to be in. You'll be out in the field from day one, working alongside experienced team members and learning through hands-on experience.
No prior experience needed — we'll teach you everything.
What You'll Be Doing
- Representing national client brands at live promotional events across Clearwater and the Tampa Bay area
- Engaging directly with consumers and explaining product and service details clearly and approachably
- Guiding customers through the decision-making and enrollment process
- Contributing to team and campaign goals at every activation
- Sharpening your professional communication and client-facing skills with every shift
- Taking part in ongoing training and one-on-one mentorship
What We're Looking For
- A strong communicator who connects easily with new people
- Positive, dependable, and ready to work
- Comfortable in an active, outdoor, fast-paced event setting
- Coachable and open to feedback
- A background in hospitality, retail, or campus/community involvement is a plus — not required
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
