  • Community & Family Partnership: Keep open, professional communication with families through regular updates, parent-teacher conferences, and parent education events to build a strong home-school partnership.

  • Credentialing: AMS Montessori Early Childhood (3–6) credential preferred. We’ll consider candidates currently enrolled in an accredited Montessori training program or those willing to start training.
  • Mission Alignment: A deep respect for, or alignment with, a Catholic philosophy of education and a commitment to nurturing the child's spiritual life and character development.
  • Experience: Proven experience working with young children in an early childhood or Montessori setting.
  • Communication Skills: High intercultural competence with strong English communication skills; multilingual skills are highly valued.
  • Core Skills: Strong classroom leadership, excellent written communication, and proficiency with modern educational technology.
