Marketing & Business Events Intern
Are you eager to gain hands-on experience in marketing, communications, and business event coordination? We are seeking a Marketing & Business Events Intern to support our digital marketing and business events planning and execution.
About the Role
As a Marketing & Business Events Intern, you will support Business Sweden's marketing, communications, and business event activities across the United States. From content creation and social media initiatives to assisting with business conferences, executive roundtables, and delegation programs, you will contribute to a variety of projects that help Swedish companies succeed in the U.S. market while working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and international business environment.
In this Role, You Will
- Support the planning and execution of business conferences, executive forums, and delegation programs.
- Create marketing materials, client success stories, and other content for social media and digital platforms, using AI tools effectively and responsibly to support drafting, editing, ideation, and content optimization.
- Conduct research on market trends and topics relevant to Business Sweden’s communications and thought leadership, including the use of AI-enabled tools to synthesize insights and identify relevant content approaches.
- Monitor content performance and recommend improvements based on insights and analytics.
- Collaborate with consultants, project managers, and leadership, and Business Sweden’s global Marketing & Communications department to identify compelling stories, develop high-quality content, and ensure the successful delivery of events.

Requirements
- Studying or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a similar field.
- Available to work mornings to support collaboration with colleagues in Sweden.
