What You'll Do

Manufacture biopharmaceutical products in a regulated cleanroom environment.

Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Batch Production Records (BPRs) to ensure high-quality production.

Prepare buffers and production solutions by accurately weighing and handling raw materials.

Complete production and quality documentation following Good Documentation Practices (GDP).

Follow current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) used throughout the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries.

Help maintain a clean, organized, and compliant manufacturing environment.

Monitor production activities and report any quality or process concerns.

Participate in daily team meetings and collaborate with manufacturing personnel.

Complete training programs to build your technical and manufacturing skills.

Contribute ideas that improve safety, quality, and manufacturing efficiency.

What We're Looking For

Candidates with a certificate, diploma, associate's, bachelor's, or higher degree in a life science or engineering discipline are strongly encouraged to apply.

Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately follow written procedures.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to work in a cleanroom and follow regulated manufacturing processes.

Eagerness to learn and build a career in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or biomanufacturing industry.
