Early Childhood Part‑Time Lead / Assistant Teacher — Pre‑K & Afterschool: Monthly Bonus!

Position Overview:

Nativity Early Learning Center is seeking enthusiastic, nurturing part‑time Lead and Assistant Teachers to join our Pre‑K and Afterschool programs. Ideal candidates will plan and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons, build positive relationships with children and families, and work collaboratively with a teaching team. Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, implement, and adapt age‑appropriate lessons and activities that support social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development

- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment

- Support curriculum goals and document student progress

- Supervise students during classroom activities, transitions, and outdoor play; attend to individualized needs

- Communicate professionally and regularly with parents/guardians about student progress and daily activities

- Collaborate with colleagues and participate in team meetings, planning, and ongoing professional development

- Follow center policies, safety procedures, and licensing requirements
