Creator Community Manager
Role Overview
You would be the primary point person for part of our creator community and the owner of the systems that keep creator communication, tracking, and sourcing running smoothly. This role is both community-facing and operations-focused.
Key Responsibilities
1. Creator Community Point Person
Serve as the main contact for all creator questions and support
Manage day-to-day communication and announcements
Build strong relationships with creators and maintain a positive community experience
2. Creator CRM Ownership
Build and maintain our creator CRM (contact info, socials, niches, program history, eligibility)
Keep creator data accurate and up to date
Tag and organize creators so they can be quickly sourced for new initiatives
3. Program Updates & Change Management
Communicate internal changes, program updates, and timeline shifts to creators
Ensure creators always have clear expectations and next steps
Gather creator feedback and share insights with the internal team
4. Creator Support & Issue Resolution
Handle questions related to deliverables, timelines, and logistics
Resolve most issues independently and escalate only when necessary
Help improve FAQs and onboarding documentation over time
5. Sourcing Support
Pull shortlists of creators for pilots, tests, and new programs
Reach out to eligible creators and track interest/availability
Coordinate handoff to account team

CEO is not handling creator questions
Creator data is reliable and easy to source from
New programs can be staffed quickly using our existing community
