Join a Historic Campaign
Rep. Salman Bhojani made history as the first Muslim and first South Asian ever elected to the Texas Legislature. Getting here wasn’t easy and the fight isn’t over. We need driven, passionate people who are ready to be part of this campaign.
This is a real, hands-on campaign internship. Meaningful work from day one.
In-person | Part-time (22 hours/week) | Aug. 18 - Dec. 18, 2026 | $400/month
What you’ll do:
- Canvass the district, knock doors, make calls, and connect with real voters
- Draft social media content, press releases, and voter communications
- Build relationships with faith, ethnic, business, and civic groups in HD-92
- Plan and execute campaign events from start to finish
- Conduct fundraising and voter outreach research
- Recruit and manage volunteers
- Seek and process endorsements
- Support day-to-day campaign operations
You’re a good fit if you:
- Are a current college student or recent graduate based in DFW
- Have reliable transportation and are comfortable speaking to voters
- Care deeply about grassroots organizing and political campaigns
- Write clearly, research thoroughly, and communicate well
- Are a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
Campaign experience is a plus, but heart and hustle matter more.
