What You'll Do
As a Software Developer, you'll build and enhance the internal applications used throughout our organization.
Your work will include:
Developing and maintaining Windows desktop applications using C# and VB.NET
Writing complex SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and functions
Designing and improving reports that help drive business decisions
Working with large datasets to improve performance and usability
Collaborating with business users to understand requirements and deliver practical solutions
Troubleshooting application and database issues
Participating in code reviews and contributing to development standards and best practices
Contributing ideas that improve existing applications and processes
What We're Looking For
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Professional experience developing applications using C# and/or VB.NET
Strong Microsoft SQL Server experience, including:
Complex queries
Stored procedures
Views
Functions
Database design fundamentals
Experience debugging and maintaining existing applications
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical team members
Preferred
Experience with WinForms or WPF desktop applications
Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), Power BI, Crystal Reports, or similar reporting tools
Familiarity with Entity Framework
Experience optimizing SQL performance
Experience integrating third-party APIs
Exposure to OCR, document automation, or AI technologies is a plus
