Job Description: We are seeking a Front Desk Medical Receptionist to manage our front desk operations. This is a fantastic opportunity for students interested in the medical field, medical terminology, and healthcare management. As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring they receive a warm welcome and efficient service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients upon arrival.
- Schedule appointments and manage the clinic’s calendar.
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries.
- Maintain patient records and manage data entry.
- Handle billing and insurance verification.
- Ensure a clean and organized reception area.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in a medical office is preferred but not required.
