Do you love working with kids? Have energy to spare and a passion for sports, creativity, or play? We’re looking for After-School Enrichment Coaches to support our awesome after-school programs in the San Marcos, New Braunfels & San Antonio areas this school year!

At our SuperStars programs, we believe in reinforcing life skills through play. With years of experience running high-quality programs, we offer high-energy, skill-based enrichment programs that help kids build confidence, teamwork, and resilience, on and off the field.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Be a role-model to children and fellow coaches by planning, leading and supporting with fun, structured after-school enrichment and sports activities (creative & sports types considered!)
• Build connections with kids and create a safe, positive, and supportive environment where all kids are successful
• Arrive prepared with weekly or daily activity plans and a great attitude
• Help set up and clean up daily activities
• Maintain safety, encourage participation, and manage group behavior in a kind, positive way
• Communicate clearly with your Site Coordinator and create/follow daily program routines

You’ll Be Great Fit It You:

• Are passionate about working with kids ages 5–11 and creating positive experiences
• Are reliable, energetic, and comfortable being outgoing, active, and hands-on
• Can commit to consistent weekday (Mon.- Fri.) after-school hours (roughly 3:00 PM –6:00 PM), at least 3 days per week
• Have experience in coaching, teaching, babysitting, camp counseling, or group leadership (bonus but not required!)
• Have strong communication skills combined with the ability to manage behavior effectively will ensure success in engaging young participants.

Details:

• Part-time with consistent weekday afternoon hours.
• Must be able to pass a background check and complete all required live and virtual training sessions, as well as participate in ongoing training and skill-building opportunities.
• Includes program discounts, and growth opportunities
• Hourly pay range starting at $15 - $19 p/h depending on background and experience
• Regular opportunities for performance-based bonuses and pay increases.
• Reports to Site Coordinator and SuperStars Leadership Team
