Co-op opportunity for students pursuing degrees in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field. This position supports the Product Portfolio Lifecycle (PPL) team by assisting with data analysis, business intelligence reporting, process automation, and project support across Global Change Management and Product Development.
Job Responsibilities
Collect, analyze, and maintain Product Portfolio Lifecycle (PPL) data across Global Change Management (AWC), Product Development & Commercialization (Planisware), and SAP BW time and cost reporting systems.
- Audit Global Change Management (GCM) and Product Development & Commercialization (PDC) data to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality.
- Support process automation initiatives to streamline data workflows and reporting, reducing manual effort and improving operational efficiency.
- Execute routine data validation, analysis, and reporting while creating standard and ad hoc reports to support business needs.
- Conduct monthly validation of Project and Product Change data, identify inconsistencies or discrepancies, and communicate findings to the appropriate teams for timely resolution.
- Assist in developing new Power BI reports and dashboards for the Change Review Board (CRB) and R&D Projects across all Product Groups to improve project and Change Request (CR) visibility and completion.
- Support Jira project reporting by extracting and preparing data for automated Power BI dashboards.
- Assist with the North America Customer Notification Communication project by supporting approval workflows between internal teams and customers.
- Create and maintain work instructions and process documentation to support standardized procedures and effective risk management practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve reporting capabilities, enhance data integrity, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Eligibility Requirements
Currently attending an accredited college or university
3.0 cumulative GPA or higher
Experience with Microsoft Excel and Power BI preferred
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Interest in business intelligence, data analytics, process improvement, and project management
Technical Skills
Business Intelligence & Reporting – Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Fabric
Enterprise Systems – SAP BW, Planisware, Jira, Global Change Management (AWC)
Data & Analytics – SQL, data validation, reporting, dashboard development, process automation
AI & Productivity Tools – Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini (SAS experience is a plus)
Computer Skills – Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Business Intelligence & Reporting – Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Fabric
Enterprise Systems – SAP BW, Planisware, Jira, Global Change Management (AWC)

GENERAL INFORMATION
Hours and Location: 40-hour work week on-site in Avon, Ohio
Pay Rate: $19–$26/hour (contingent upon credit hours)
