AI Developer

The Nagarro North America College Recruitment Program is seeking exceptional master's students and recent master's graduates who are passionate about Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and emerging technologies.

As an AI Developer, you'll work alongside experienced consultants, data scientists, and software engineers to design and deliver intelligent solutions that help clients solve complex business challenges. You'll gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge AI technologies, contribute to real client engagements, and participate in a structured professional development program designed to launch your consulting career.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and implement AI-powered applications and intelligent automation solutions.
• Build, test, and optimize machine learning and generative AI models.
• Develop AI applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Data Engineers, Solution Architects, Business Analysts, and Project Managers.
• Develop and integrate Large Language Model (LLM) solutions into enterprise applications.
• Assist in creating AI prototypes, proof-of-concepts, and production-ready solutions.
• Develop APIs and integrate AI services with enterprise platforms.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and code reviews.
• Research emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative solutions.
• Document technical designs, models, and best practices.
