Customer Success Intern

OVERVIEW

Loper is a Chicago-based enrollment marketing platform that helps colleges, universities, and employers reach and engage prospective students through interactive, gamified content. Loper's core product is a suite of games that turn an institution's or employer's key facts, programs, and career outcomes into experiences students choose to engage with. We're looking for a Customer Success Intern to help build, maintain, and continuously improve the game content that Loper's clients and students interact with every day.

WHAT YOU'LL DO DAY-TO-DAY

  • Build and publish game content directly in Loper's CMS (content management system) for both signed client accounts and unsponsored content used across the platform.
  • Develop and refine Claude-based skills and workflows that automate parts of the game-creation process, from initial drafting through formatting and quality checks.
  • Work directly with clients to review feedback and translate it into precise content edits, managing revision cycles from first draft to final approval.
  • Test app content across game formats to catch errors, inconsistencies, or breaks before content goes live, and flag issues to the broader team.

WHAT YOU'LL GET OUT OF IT

  • A high-responsibility role on a small team, where your work ships directly to real clients and students rather than sitting in a drawer.
  • Hands-on exposure to how a business actually uses AI in its day-to-day operations, not as a side project but as a core part of how work gets done.
  • A front-row seat to how a startup runs, across content, client relationships, and product all at once.
  • Paid monthly stipend; 10-20 hrs per week (we will work around your availability)

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Currently enrolled as an undergraduate in any field of study with an 3.3/4.0 GPA
  • Detail-oriented & Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and revision cycles at once
  • Interest in how AI tools can be used to automate and scale real business processes, not just as a novelty
  • Strong written communication skills, with the ability to take client feedback and translate it into clear, accurate content edits
  • Comfortable learning and working within a CMS; no prior experience required but working within this requires precision
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working with a high degree of autonomy in a small, fast-moving team
