Elementary Teacher - 3rd Grade

South Bay Academy is seeking a passionate and dedicated Elementary Teacher to join our growing team for the 2026–2027 school year.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with curriculum standards
• Foster a positive and nurturing classroom environment
• Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners
• Communicate effectively with parents and school staff
• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate records
• Support the school's mission and values

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree; degree in Education or a related field preferred
• Bachelor's degree and previous experience in education
• Strong classroom management skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Experience working with elementary-aged students preferred
