Shore Staffing, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide services to students in a school-based setting in Elkton, Maryland. Responsibilities

• Conduct speech and language evaluations for students with communication disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP goals.
• Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students.
• Collaborate with teachers, school psychologists, occupational therapists, parents, and other educational staff.
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations regarding student progress.
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and Medicaid billing (if applicable).
• Monitor student progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and school district regulations.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active Maryland Speech-Language Pathologist License.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CF) may be considered.
• Maryland Department of Education (MSDE) certification (or ability to obtain).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• School-based experience preferred but not required.
