Overview

ULimo is seeking creative Automotive Design Interns to help imagine the future of luxury transportation. Interns will contribute ideas for vehicle concepts, user experience, interior layouts, exterior styling, and transportation innovation while collaborating with startup leadership.

This role is perfect for students passionate about automotive styling, industrial design, transportation design, product development, and creative problem solving.

ULimo is currently in the design phase of one of our most ambitious projects yet: designing what we envision to be the world's first fully self-driving (FSD) electric luxury party buses and limousines. As an engineering intern, you'll have the opportunity to contribute ideas, research, engineering concepts, and technical solutions that help shape the future of next-generation luxury transportation. This is a unique opportunity to gain early-stage product development experience while working directly with startup leadership on innovative mobility technologies.

Responsibilities

-Assist with conceptual automotive design projects.

-Create sketches, renderings, mockups, and design concepts.

-Research trends in automotive styling and transportation design.

-Collaborate on user-centered design initiatives.

-Develop concepts for future mobility solutions.

-Participate in brainstorming sessions for innovative transportation ideas.

-Prepare presentations and design documentation.

-Support multidisciplinary product development efforts.

Qualifications

-Pursuing a degree in Industrial Design, Automotive Design, Product Design, Transportation Design, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

-Strong creativity and design thinking skills.

-Experience with CAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Blender, Rhino, or similar software is a plus.

-Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
