Overview
ULimo is seeking highly motivated Automotive Engineering Interns to help develop innovative transportation technologies for the future of mobility. As a startup transforming the luxury transportation industry, ULimo provides students with the opportunity to work on engineering projects that contribute directly to real-world products and business operations.
Interns will collaborate with leadership and multidisciplinary teams to research, design, evaluate, and improve vehicle systems, transportation technologies, and engineering solutions. This role is ideal for students interested in automotive engineering, product development, vehicle systems, transportation innovation, and startup technology.
ULimo is currently in the design phase of one of our most ambitious projects yet: designing what we envision to be the world's first fully self-driving (FSD) electric luxury party buses and limousines. As an engineering intern, you'll have the opportunity to contribute ideas, research, engineering concepts, and technical solutions that help shape the future of next-generation luxury transportation. This is a unique opportunity to gain early-stage product development experience while working directly with startup leadership on innovative mobility technologies.
Responsibilities
-Research automotive technologies and emerging transportation trends.
-Assist with engineering analysis and vehicle system design projects.
-Support product development and technical planning initiatives.
-Evaluate engineering solutions for performance, efficiency, and reliability.
-Collaborate with software and product teams on transportation technologies.
-Assist with technical documentation and engineering reports.
-Research innovative automotive technologies and recommend improvements.
-Support engineering projects that contribute to ULimo's future growth.
Qualifications
-Pursuing a degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Interest in vehicle technology and transportation innovation.
-Familiarity with CAD software or engineering tools is a plus.
-Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
