Marketing & Outreach Intern
The Strategic Enrollment Team in the College of Arts & Sciences (ArtSci) is seeking applications for a Marketing & Outreach Intern to support a variety of initiatives related to student recruitment, career readiness, enrollment, and data-informed decision-making. The ideal candidate is organized, curious, and eager to gain experience in higher education administration, marketing, and project coordination.
Responsibilities will be tailored to the intern's interests and strengths and may include developing recruitment and marketing materials, creating content for social media and websites, writing and editing promotional materials, supporting student recruitment and career readiness initiatives, assisting with event promotion and outreach, updating website content, and tracking engagement data to evaluate the effectiveness of communication and marketing efforts. The intern will work closely with the Internship Specialist, College Recruiter, and other members of the Strategic Enrollment Team, gaining hands-on experience in strategic communication, digital marketing, content management, recruitment, and career development initiatives. This position is particularly well suited for students interested in technical communication, public relations, communication studies, marketing, journalism, or related fields.
Expected hours of work will vary throughout the academic year, with an average of 10 hours per week.
