Speech-Language Pathologist

Independent Contractor (1099)

ABA Connections of PA is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide speech and language therapy services to children in home, school, and community settings throughout Northeast Philadelphia, Bensalem, and surrounding Montgomery County areas.

This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity ideal for clinicians seeking flexibility, autonomy, and the ability to create a schedule that works for them.

The SLP will collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and ABA therapists to support children in developing communication, social interaction, and functional language skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide speech and language evaluations and therapy for children with developmental delays and autism
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with BCBAs and ABA therapists to support communication goals
  • Maintain documentation for services provided
  • Communicate with families regarding client progress and strategies to support communication development

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathology License
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays preferred
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Reliable transportation for travel to client locations
