Compensation: $55,000 - $77,000 based on experience
About the Role
The Digital Sales Representative is an office-based sales role reporting to the Digital Sales Supervisor. Your primary objective will be to accelerate the adoption, volume growth, and long-term user retention of the ONE Shipping Quote platform for customers. This role focuses on shifting customers toward a digital self-service booking model and leading promotional activities to secure new customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned weekly container volume booking budgets through the ONE Quote platform.
- Collaborate with pricing teams to ensure competitive rate offerings.
- Maintain accuracy on all freight quotes and bookings to minimize billing discrepancies.
- Engage in digital promotions and automated customer outreach to drive growth.
- No outside sales required for this role. This is a purely office based account management role.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (ideal for fresh graduates!).
- This is a full time role, available only for those that have completed graduation.
- Candidate must be residing in New Jersey.
- A flair for sales or customer service with a high-energy approach.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data using visualization tools.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- 1+ years of experience in container shipping or logistics is a plus, but not required.
