Job Description
We are seeking a motivated MS, PhD, or PsyD student (or similar background) to assist with recruiting participants for psychiatry clinical trials. This is an excellent short-term opportunity for those interested in psychology, psychiatry, or clinical research — and looking to earn extra income before the holidays.

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential participants who respond to social media or TV advertisements

Conduct phone screens using study-specific criteria

Enter accurate information into the clinical database

Provide professional, courteous, and supportive communication to all callers

Expectations

Make an efficient number of calls per hour (patient contact information provided)

Maintain a basic working knowledge of psychiatric clinical trials

Represent the research center in a professional, reassuring manner

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Comfortable speaking with patients who may have psychiatric symptoms

Detail-oriented with accurate data entry skills

Background in psychology, psychiatry, or clinical research preferred

Sales, customer service, or recruitment experience a plus
