Entry Level Management

Whole Team Innovations is seeking ambitious, driven, and people-focused individuals to join our Fall Entry-Level Management Internship Program at our West Chicago, IL office. This in-person opportunity is ideal for current students, recent graduates, and career changers looking to gain hands-on experience in sales, marketing, leadership, and team development.

As a Management Intern, you will participate in a structured professional development program that includes mentorship, direct customer interaction, and exposure to daily business operations. You will work closely with our management team, support sales and marketing initiatives, contribute to team goals, and gain firsthand experience in how a growing organization operates.

Internship Responsibilities

• Represent client brands, products, and services through professional, in-person customer engagement.
• Support the coordination and execution of local marketing campaigns, promotions, and outreach events.
• Learn and apply effective sales strategies to promote client products and services.
• Build positive customer relationships and contribute to customer retention efforts.
• Assist with the training, support, and motivation of new team members.
• Participate in team meetings, leadership workshops, and professional development sessions.
• Track customer interactions and campaign results to identify performance trends.
• Develop strong knowledge of client products and services to communicate their benefits confidently.
• Participate in individual goal-setting and professional development planning.
• Maintain a professional appearance, positive attitude, and customer-focused approach.

Who We’re Looking For

• Must be based in or able to commute reliably to West Chicago, IL.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Current students and recent graduates are encouraged to apply; all majors are welcome.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Outgoing, coachable, and eager to learn.
• Self-motivated with effective time-management skills.
• Team-oriented with an interest in leadership and professional growth.
• Comfortable speaking with customers and building rapport.
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, athletics, student organizations, or campus leadership is helpful but not required.
