Equine Breeding & Reproduction Internship
Kentucky Equine Management, Spring 2027 Breeding & Reproduction Internship. Interns are expected to have at least basic horsemanship skills (catching, haltering, leading, grooming) to participate. Interns live and work full-time on a Central Kentucky (Lexington area) Thoroughbred horse farm taking care of mares and foals. Stall cleaning, grooming, foal watch, feeding, etc. Weekly lectures and other networking events are provided. Interns receive an hourly wage and housing (for interns only, no pets) is provided.
