Speech-Language Pathology Clinical Fellow

Launch Your Career with Confidence at Gifted Integrative Speech Therapy (GIST)

At Gifted Integrative Speech Therapy (GIST), we believe exceptional clinicians are developed through intentional mentorship, collaboration, and meaningful clinical experiences—not by being left to figure things out alone.

We are seeking an enthusiastic, compassionate, and motivated Speech-Language Pathology Clinical Fellow (CF) to join our growing pediatric private practice. This full-time, paid Clinical Fellowship is designed to provide comprehensive mentorship while allowing you to build confidence as an independent clinician serving children and their families.

Whether your passion is early intervention, autism, AAC, feeding therapy, language disorders, articulation, or school-age intervention, you'll receive the support and guidance needed to develop into an outstanding pediatric speech-language pathologist.

What You'll Do

As a Clinical Fellow at GIST, you will:

  • Conduct speech, language, feeding, and communication evaluations under the supervision of your Clinical Fellowship mentor.
  • Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
  • Provide engaging, play-based, and family-centered therapy to pediatric clients.
  • Collaborate with occupational therapists, physicians, educators, caregivers, and other professionals to support each child's success.
  • Educate families through coaching strategies that promote carryover outside of therapy.
  • Complete timely and accurate documentation using our electronic medical record system.
  • Participate in clinical case discussions, mentorship meetings, and professional development activities.
  • Build confidence in clinical reasoning, treatment planning, and ethical decision-making throughout your Clinical Fellowship.
