Healthcare Entrepreneurship and Marketing Intern

Position Overview

Deeply Well Counseling Center is seeking an entrepreneurial Intern for the 2026–2027 academic year. This hybrid role bridges the gap between boutique healthcare marketing, private practice operations, and mental health services. You will work directly with leadership to learn how a modern concierge counseling center scales its business while maintaining premier patient care.
 

Key Learning Objectives & Responsibilities

• Operations: Learn the business side of premium mental health care by assisting with client onboarding, scheduling workflows, and client retention strategies.
• Healthcare Marketing: Build and execute local awareness campaigns, design digital content, and develop educational materials centered on mental health and wellness.
• Entrepreneurship & Strategy: Gain exposure to private practice management, healthcare compliance, and data-driven business development strategies.
• Patient Experience: Help optimize the client journey, ensuring the clinic maintains a high-end, responsive, and supportive atmosphere.

Schedule and Compensation

• Time Commitment: 10 hours per week throughout the full academic year (Fall 2026 and Spring 2027).
• Schedule: Flexible scheduling built around your academic class calendar.
• Compensation: $100 monthly stipend.
• Academic Credit: We will gladly complete all necessary paperwork if you seek academic internship credit through your department.

Qualifications

• Current undergraduate or graduate student pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Psychology, Public Health, Communication, or a related field.
• Strong interest in mental health, wellness, entrepreneurship, marketing, sales, and boutique medical practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strict commitment to confidentiality and discretion.
• Experience with AI, Google suite, CRM,  Canva or willing to learn. 
• Experience in sales and marketing. 
• Self-starter attitude with the ability to manage independent projects.
