About KinnectCare

KinnectCare is building the health platform for diaspora families, the millions of people raising their lives in one country while their parents grow old in another. We turn the ordinary video calls families already make with aging parents into early wellness signals, unify medical records across borders, and keep the whole family and their clinicians on one shared timeline.

We're pre-seed and building toward launch, with 250 families on the waitlist and pilot corridors live across the US, India, the Philippines, Nigeria, and the UK. Both founders are living this problem in real time, caring for their own parents abroad.

The Role
You will work directly with both founders. You will not have a lane. You will have a company. This is the job for someone who wants to see how a startup actually gets built, from the fundraise to the first hires to the product decisions that follow the money. One week you are pulling together the data room. The next you are running an investor pipeline, drafting a partner memo, or figuring out why a corridor's onboarding is leaking users. You will own real things quickly. You will be trusted before you feel ready. That is the point.

What you'll do

• Run fundraising operations end-to-end: manage the pipeline, data room, investor updates, follow-ups, and scheduling.
• Turn founder thinking into finished work: decks, memos, one-pagers, outreach, and financial models.
• Own projects across GTM, partnerships, and operations that do not have a natural home yet.
• Sit in on investor and partner conversations, then drive execution on whatever comes out of them.
• Build the systems that let a two-person founding team operate like a much larger one.
• Do the unglamorous work that makes everything else possible. No task is beneath anyone here.

• Exceptional generalist, you learn fast and can pick up almost anything
• Highly organized and reliable, things you own get done, without reminders
• Strong written communication and comfort talking to investors, users, and partners
• Resourceful and self-directed, you figure it out rather than wait to be told
• Comfortable with ambiguity and constant context-switching
• Genuine care for the mission, bonus if you've lived the cross-border caregiving experience yourself

A note on Stage and Compensation

We're currently at the pre-seed stage, so we want to be transparent that this position is unpaid for now. We'll be upfront about the tradeoffs of joining this early, while looking for someone who's excited by the opportunity to build with us from the ground floor.
