Dental Assistant

Dental Assistant needed part time/ full time for general dentistry office in Atlanta, GA

Bilingual in Vietnamese and English required. Compensation based on experience but no experience is required. Great entry level position for anyone interested in a career in dental hygiene or dentistry. 

Ideal candidates should be well-organized with attention to detail and can work as a team or independently.  You should be able to follow instructions and respect dental office regulations. We will provide training for your responsibilities as follows: 

Identify and set up instruments, equipment and material needed

Prepare patients for their appointment  
Sterilize instruments
Assist the dentist during patient care
Keep the dental treatment rooms clean and well-stocked
Take x-rays

 

Requirements:

Excellent communication and people skills

Fluency in English & Vietnamese is required. 

Hard-working and receptive to workflow improvements -- we don't expect you to do everything right the first time and we are always looking to improve
Detail-oriented

Positive attitude

Well-organized and reliable
High school diploma 

Ability to work up to 8 hours a day
Additional certification or training is an asset (e.g. RDA)
