Role Description

 

The HR Training Specialist Intern will support the development and delivery of training initiatives that align with PROJXON’s business optimization goals. This part-time remote role includes assisting with training needs assessments, helping design and update training materials, and coordinating virtual training sessions for internal and client-facing teams. The intern will help track participation and feedback, maintain training records, and contribute to improving training content based on performance metrics and learner input. Day-to-day responsibilities also include collaborating with HR and consulting teams, supporting onboarding and coaching activities, and ensuring training programs reflect PROJXON’s emphasis on sustainable, scalable solutions.

 

Qualifications

 

  • Strong foundation in Training & Development and Training, with the ability to support program design and implementation.
  • Interest or experience in Human Resources (HR), including exposure to onboarding, employee engagement, or performance support.
  • Effective Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication in remote and virtual environments.
  • Coaching mindset and the ability to provide constructive support to learners and team members.
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business, or a related field.
  • Comfort with remote collaboration tools and basic proficiency in office and presentation software.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrated interest in consulting, business optimization, or supporting mission-driven and veteran-founded organizations is a plus.

  • Are you able to interview by July 10 and onboard to begin supporting our team by July 15-25 ,2026? Do you agree to the program parameters: Non-Paid, 6-month (180-day), part-time Graduate Level Internship requiring 20 hours per week? (REQUIRED)
  • Commit to weekly 90-minute meetings (PST); Monday & Friday @10am Company Meetings, Monday @12:00p Team Stand-ups, Wednesday @10:00a Professional Development, and several 1:1 coaching's (REQUIRED)
