Highland Christian School - After Care PM Staff (Part-time)

Highland Christian is a PreK-8th grade building that serves a diverse group of 700 students. As a nationally acclaimed “Model PLC School”, Highland Christian’s focus on collaboration is highly celebrated and the key to obtaining a “Grade A” from the state of Indiana. Within student-centered classrooms, teams of teachers are results oriented to ensure all students grow and perform at high levels. 

For the 2026-2027, Highland Christian is seeking a BAC Employee who will work with other adults to monitor students after school. Responsibilities will include supervising & working with children during free play indoors and outdoors; homework supervision; snack distribution; and maintaining student safety. Employment would be Monday through Friday from 3:00 - 6:00 pm.

Requirements: 

- High school diploma 

- Active Member in a Bible-believing Protestant Church 

- Experience working with children
