Baseball Coach

At Captains Baseball, we believe great coaching drives great experiences. That’s why our directors are hands-on in daily operations and player development, ensuring consistent, high-quality instruction across every team, not just our top teams.

Each team features a head coach and at least one assistant. All head coaches have either playing experience or coaching experience. 

We're Hiring Coaches! 

Due to the tremendous interest in our program this tryout season, we're looking to add qualified coaches to help continue growing the Mass Captains family.

We are currently seeking dedicated, positive, and knowledgeable coaches for the following positions:

🔹 Assistant Coach
🔹 Winter Practice Coach
