Middle School Educator

At Sprout & Learn, our educators are so much more than teachers—they are mentors, facilitators, and trusted adults who inspire curiosity, build confidence, and help students discover their unique strengths through meaningful, hands-on learning.

We're looking for someone who believes that relationships come before curriculum, sees every child through a strengths-based lens, and is passionate about creating an environment where middle school students feel safe, challenged, and excited to learn.

If you thrive in a homeschool or alternative education setting, love project-based learning, and enjoy thinking outside the box, we'd love to meet you.

What We're Looking For

• Experience working with middle school students
• Familiarity with homeschooling or alternative education
• A passion for project-based, experiential learning
• An understanding of neurodiverse learners and inclusive teaching practices
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• A creative, flexible, and positive mindset

Position Details

Location: Kissimmee, Florida
Schedule: Monday–Thursday
Position Type: Independent Contractor (Part-Time)
