Law Clerk Legal Assistant

We are seeking motivated law clerks/legal assistants to support our busy practice. This role is an excellent opportunity for college students who plan to attend law school or pursue a career in the legal profession. You will gain hands‑on civil litigation experience, develop strong industry connections, and strengthen your resume or law school application.

Our firm represents private and public sector employees (union and non‑union), executives, managers, and small businesses in virtually all matters relating to labor and employment law. This position is ideal for students interested in careers involving law, civil rights, human resources, union representation, professional or collegiate sports, or any field connected to the employment relationship.

 Responsibilities include: 

• Speaking directly with potential clients and clients about real‑world workplace issues
• Working with attorneys to draft complaints, letters, and other written materials
• Researching interesting and complex legal questions
• Communicating with witnesses
• Learning the fundamentals of employment discrimination law, labor law, administrative law, and related areas

Qualified applicants will demonstrate strong problem‑solving abilities, solid research and writing skills, and clear communication. 

Our office is conveniently located just off I‑94 near Brookfield Square. We offer flexible scheduling to accommodate academic commitments and other employment.
