What You'll Do

  • Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
  • Provide engaging one-on-one and small-group therapy sessions.
  • Collect accurate behavioral and skill acquisition data.
  • Complete daily session notes and documentation.
  • Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and fellow team members.
  • Help create a fun, safe, and encouraging learning environment for every child.

Qualifications

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred but not required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience working with children is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Ability to actively engage with children, including sitting on the floor, lifting up to 50 pounds when necessary, and responding quickly to ensure client safety. These responsibilities are typical for clinic-based ABA services.
