PROGRAM SUMMARY
The Early Career Professional Program offers a unique opportunity for individuals who are eager to learn, contribute, and grow within our business. Through hands-on experience and targeted training, entry-level team members develop leadership skills and business acumen, building a strong foundation for success in multiple roles across our organization. Participants have the opportunity to gain exposure to key areas of the business, including production, customer service, design and other critical roles that support our mission: "To Create and Deliver the Ultimate Corrugated Experience".
PROGRAM MODEL
• Year 1: 3-6+ Months: All Early Career Professionals will gain firsthand exposure to our business through a production rotation, offering insight into the foundational elements that shaped the company we are today. This opportunity includes training and development focused around key areas such as Safety, Quality, and Productivity.
• Year 1: 6-12+ Months: Following the Production Rotation, Early Career Professionals will be placed in a functional role based on individual career interest and needs of the business. Additionally, participants may have the opportunity to gain experience through departmental rotations in areas such as Operations/Supervision, Design/Estimating, Customer Service, and Sales.
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
• Bachelor's degree from a four-year College or University is preferred, with areas of focus including (but not limited to) in Business, Packaging, Leadership, Management, and Marketing/Sales. Candidates with an associate degree and relevant experience will also be considered.

Physical Requirements:
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds repeatedly on a regular basis.
• Must be able to stand for 8-10 hours a day.

• Manufacturing facility with machinery and equipment
