Supply Chain Intern - $25/hr

Ready to get hands-on experience in a live manufacturing environment? Motus is looking for an intern to support our location in Holland, MI. 

The Supply Chain Intern will:

  • Develop and create a method for automation of cost/price adjustment with reporting of data from Plex (Motus’ Production and Financial Software)
  • Work with IT to develop Freight Lane and Import Duties part numbers and incorporate into purchased components removing manual calculations of annual freight budgeting process
  • Organize historical award letters, Statement of Works (SSOW), Part Data Sheets (PDS) and contracts into SharePoint based on Awarded Supplier and Program
  • Create system in Plex to create and track supplier debit memo rejection (DMR) costs with routing approvals through system (similar to a purchase order process) and reporting open and closed DMRs

 

We are looking for students who are naturally inquisitive and self-motivated, who have a degree focus in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration. 

Relevant coursework includes Supply Chain Analytics & Data Modeling, Global Supply Chain & Risk Management, Lean Manufacturing, and Data Analytics.
