Litigation Paralegal

Powers Pyles Sutter & Verville PC is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our nationally recognized Healthcare Litigation Practice. This is an exceptional opportunity to work alongside highly respected attorneys representing healthcare providers, hospitals, physician groups, health systems, and other organizations in complex litigation and regulatory matters.  As a key member of our litigation team, you will support attorneys through every phase of litigation from case inception through trial and appeal.  The qualified candidate will have at least five (5) years of litigation experience in a law firm; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional certification; strong knowledge of federal and state court procedures and electronic filing; exceptional organizational, analytical and communication skills; the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining outstanding attention to detail and advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, Westlaw, Sharepoint and AI enabled legal technology.  Salary range for this position is $90k - $125k; however, the salary may be lower or higher depending on the qualification of the candidate.  To apply, send an updated resume, cover letter and writing sample to:  Recruiting@PowersLaw.com  In the subject line include:  Litigation Paralegal.
