Teacher/Program Coordinator – Topeka Diploma Completion Program

ORION Education & Training, one of seven education service agencies in Kansas, is seeking a Teacher/Program Coordinator for our Topeka Diploma Completion Program. This is a full-time, twelve-month position that provides instructional leadership and program coordination for our high school diploma completion program.

The Teacher/Program Coordinator will support and supervise teachers and teaching assistants while ensuring the successful delivery of instruction for students attending the program. This position is also responsible for overseeing course management for both onsite and virtual learners working toward earning their high school diploma.

Qualifications:

• Valid Kansas Department of Education (KSDE) teaching license in secondary education.
• Minimum of three years of teaching experience.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is preferred.

The successful candidate will be a collaborative leader who is flexible, able to manage multiple priorities, and committed to supporting both staff and students.
