The work study student should be able to perform the following duties:

Scene shop duties:

 

  • Must have completed or be enrolled in Intro to Technical Theatre (THE245)
  • Staging events on and off campus 
  • Inventory
  • Painting
  • Basic building maintenance
  • Front of House management
  • Able to stand on feet for long periods of time
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Will also provide production assistance in lighting, sound, props, deck, stage management, rigging, event management and a variety of other theatrical jobs
  • Housekeeping duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, cleaning
