Job Description:
Sunshine Enrichment Academy is seeking a compassionate and nurturing Lead Infant Teacher to provide a safe, loving, and stimulating environment for infants ages 6 weeks to 18 months. The ideal candidate enjoys building strong relationships with children and families while supporting each child’s unique developmental journey.

Responsibilities:

• Create a warm, responsive classroom environment.
• Implement developmentally appropriate activities.
• Follow health and safety regulations.
• Communicate regularly with families.
• Maintain accurate daily reports.
• Collaborate with fellow educators.

Preferred Qualifications:

• CDA, Associate’s, Bachelor’s, or currently enrolled in an Early Childhood Education, Education, or Special Education program.
• Retired teachers are encouraged to apply.
• Passion for working with children of all abilities.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to complete required Ohio childcare training.
