Job Description and Duties

Under the direction of the Supervisor I, the Analyst II independently performs complex analytical work related to the recruitment, retention, hiring, and on/off-boarding of staff for Labor Commissioner's Office (LCO) programs. The Analyst II works closely with program leaders to develop recruitment strategies using various tools and methods and effectuate a statewide on-boarding process for the LCO. The incumbent must be willing to travel for recruitment events. The incumbent is expected to conduct in-person & virtual presentations to groups & management, throughout California. The incumbent will serve as a personnel liaison within the LCO and liaison with the department's Human Resources office and work with each LCO program to prioritize hiring and retention goals for the LCO.
