Senior Payments Advisor

We are seeking an expert Senior Payments Advisor to guide our enterprise clients through complex transaction landscapes. In this role, you will design optimization strategies, improve processing efficiency, and implement cutting-edge merchant, payment processing, treasury management, and treasury solutions. You will serve as the primary strategic partner bridging technical payment architecture with high-level business goals.

Key Responsibilities 

Consultative Strategy: Lead deep-dive audits of client payment workflows to identify cost-saving and revenue-generation opportunities.

Solution Architecture: Design custom payment infrastructure configurations, including gateway integrations, omni-channel setups, and PayFac models.

Portfolio Management: Manage high-value enterprise accounts, driving retention and expanding processing volume.Market Intelligence: Track evolving fintech trends, payment regulations, compliance mandates (PCI-DSS), and interchange fee structures.

Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate with product, engineering, and risk teams to smooth onboarding and implementation pipelines.

Required Qualifications Experience:3+ years in merchant services, digital payments, enterprise sales, or corporate treasury.

Technical Mastery: Deep understanding of payment gateways, POS hardware, API integrations, and clearing networks (ACH, FedNow, SWIFT).

Analytical Skills: Proven ability to dissect complex merchant statements, interchange models, and financial data sheets.
