Swim Instructor & Coach Trainee

Schich Swim Academy is looking for energetic, reliable, and passionate individuals who enjoy working with children and making a positive impact.

No previous swim teaching experience is required. We hire for attitude and train for excellence. Paid training and ongoing mentorship are provided.

Responsibilities

• Teach swim lessons to children and adults.
• Create a safe, fun, and engaging learning environment.
• Build positive relationships with students and families.
• Follow our curriculum and safety standards.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, professionalism, and willingness to learn.
• Comfortable working in the water.
