Job Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic Entry-Level Product Verification & Validation (PV&V) Engineer to join our engineering team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent engineering graduates or early-career professionals to gain hands-on experience in product testing, validation, and engineering development.

In this role, you will work closely with design engineers, test engineers, and cross-functional teams to ensure products meet quality, durability, and performance standards throughout the product development process.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing laboratory, field, and performance testing. 
• Support product verification and validation activities. 
• Collect, analyze, and document test data. 
• Assist with troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and problem resolution. 
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams. 
• Prepare technical reports and maintain test documentation. 
• Help evaluate product performance and recommend improvements. 
• Participate in product benchmarking and evaluation activities. 

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Agricultural, Software Engineering, or a related engineering field. 
• Recent graduates and early-career engineers are encouraged to apply. 
• Basic knowledge of CAD software (Creo, SolidWorks, or similar). 
• Basic understanding of engineering testing, data analysis, and problem-solving. 
• Strong communication and teamwork skills. 
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. 
• Willingness to travel occasionally for testing activities. 

Preferred Qualifications

• Internship, co-op, or academic project experience in product testing, validation, or design. 
• Exposure to robotics, automation, or mechanical systems. 
• Familiarity with statistics, data analysis, or Six Sigma concepts. 
• Experience with sensors, data acquisition systems, or engineering test equipment is a plus.
