Our client is looking for an Industrial Maintenance Technician to join their growing manufacturing team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a wide variety of production equipment while developing your skills in electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, CNC equipment, and preventive maintenance.
Whether you're an experienced maintenance technician or a recent graduate from a technical program, you'll work alongside experienced professionals who value teamwork, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
What You'll Do
Troubleshoot and repair production equipment, machinery, and facility systems.
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and control system issues.
Perform preventive maintenance to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and mechanical blueprints.
Assist with the installation of new equipment, fixtures, and manufacturing systems.
Complete maintenance work orders using a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
Partner with production teams to quickly resolve equipment issues.
Coordinate repairs with outside vendors and specialized service technicians when needed.
Maintain organized maintenance records, tools, and replacement parts inventory.
Support continuous improvement initiatives, including 5S and workplace organization.
Help improve equipment reliability through root cause analysis and proactive maintenance practices.
