AI Scientist — Company-Wide AI TransformationAbout DarkHaven AI

DarkHaven AI (www.darkhaven.ai) is a one-stop premium technology provider for CFD brokers. We're looking for AI scientist to lead the comprehensive transformation of every department and product with artificial intelligence, making AI a core competitive advantage for our company.

What you'll do

  • Define and execute the company's overall AI strategy and roadmap, driving AI adoption across all departments (product, engineering, operations, customer service, marketing, HR, and more) and all product lines.
  • Systematically map business processes across departments and products, identify where AI can drive efficiency, automation, or reinvention, and prioritize opportunities.
  • Lead the selection, integration, and deployment of AI / large language model (LLM) capabilities, including evaluating and combining in-house and third-party solutions.
  • Build the data infrastructure and tooling that supports AI, ensuring data quality, availability, and security.
  • Embed AI capabilities into our products for CFD brokerage clients, increasing their intelligence and competitiveness.
  • Establish measurement frameworks for AI impact (ROI, efficiency, quality metrics) and continuously iterate and optimize.
  • Drive organization-wide AI change management: train teams across departments, raise AI literacy, and establish best practices.
  • Build and lead the AI team, and partner closely with business leaders across the company.
  • Establish AI governance, compliance, data-privacy, and security frameworks to ensure responsible AI use.

What we're looking for (required)

  • Graduate degree or above in an engineering discipline (computer science, engineering, or a related STEM field).
  • Strong understanding of modern AI technologies — including large language models (LLMs), generative AI, machine learning, and automation — with the judgment to assess the feasibility and value of technical approaches.
  • Excellent cross-functional leadership and program-driving skills, able to translate technical capability into measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong communication and change-management skills, able to drive AI adoption among non-technical teams.
  • Full professional proficiency in both Chinese (Mandarin) and English (spoken and written). Both languages are required, as this role works closely with Chinese-speaking teams and stakeholders while serving English-speaking brokerage clients.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have (preferred, not required)

  • Master's degree or above in a STEM field.
  • Experience in Web3/crypto, fintech, or financial services (forex/CFD experience also a plus).
  • Experience shipping AI products or building AI platforms at scale.
  • Additional language skills (e.g., Spanish).
  • Experience in a startup or high-growth environment.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
