Overtime Athletics is a youth sports enrichment company that brings high-energy sports classes to preschools, elementary schools, after-school programs and homeschool groups.

Position Summary

The Program Director oversees the daily execution of Overtime Athletics programs. This includes coaching classes, training staff, maintaining equipment, and ensuring every program is delivered consistently and professionally. Assist with office tasks, scheduling, and communication.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate is organized, energetic, dependable, and enjoys leading both kids ages (2-14)and coaches.

Experience coaching youth sports or working with children and a knowledge of sports.

Able to lift and carry sports equipment.

Has a valid drivers license and has own vehicle.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience managing people or leading teams.

Background in education, recreation, kinesiology, sports management, or physical education.

CPR/First Aid certification(or willingness to obtain).

Job Hours

Monday-Friday 9-4:30pm. Candidate has to be able to work Tuesday , Wednesdays , and Thursdays.
