DESCRIPTION:

Seeking highly qualified candidates for a tenure-track position teaching Spanish at the Junior High School level. The successful candidate will demonstrate engaging language acquisition strategies for beginner-level speakers, skills in planning and assessment to support all students' achievement, and a passion for Spanish language and culture. Rush-Henrietta seeks teachers who enthusiastically embrace culturally responsive teaching practices and mindsets; applicants of diverse backgrounds and life experience are strongly encouraged to apply.

SALARY:

QUALIFICATIONS:
Must possess (or be in the process of obtaining) New York State Teaching Certification in Spanish. 

EFFECTIVE:

September 1, 2026 

Attendance at New Teacher Orientation on August 25-27 is required.
