Quality Transportation Services, Inc. (QTS) a dynamic rail logistics service-oriented company, is seeking a qualified and highly motivated candidate to join our Finance & Admin team as our Financial Analyst.  Our mission at QTS is to help our clients achieve their goals through proactive management of their rail responsibilities. 

The ideal candidate will be responsible for invoicing management, reporting, analytics and account profitability analysis.  The ability to manage timelines and resources is key to this role. 

Duties:

  • Active in the invoicing process, financial analysis and reporting in an ongoing monthly basis 
  • Responsible for new customer accounts as they relate to the set up and integration into the finance area of the company
  • Contract Life Cycle through our ERP/CRM (Agiloft). 
  • Customer account profitability review.  Close interaction with client and the Sales Team. 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Accounting or related field. 
  • Experience with financial analysis preferred.
  • Strong understanding of business processes around contracting – from opportunity through execution and administration
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Ability to interact with the organization, vendors, and business leadership throughout the firm to make recommendations, resolve issues, and drive results
