Overview:

Support key HR projects in a scaling, mission-driven organization, gaining hands-on experience in HR operations, employee engagement, and policy development.

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Help optimize HRIS - especially recruiting, onboarding and offboarding workflows.
  • Help update and maintain HR SharePoint.
  • Coordinate logistics for employee events such as open enrollment.
  • Organize and maintain HR documentation according to record retention schedules.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s completed or Master’s student in Human Resources or related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines.
  • Tech and systems savvy.
  • Experience with Paylocity a plus.
  • Interest in philanthropy a plus.

Additional Details:

  • PT, flexible schedule.  Approximately 20 hours per week for 3 months
