Position Overview

We're looking for enthusiastic and well-connected college students to serve as Campus Ambassadors. In this role, you'll represent ApprenticeForge on your campus by introducing fellow students to our apprenticeship programs and helping them discover opportunities to build practical skills for today's workforce.

This is an excellent opportunity for students interested in leadership, marketing, recruiting, entrepreneurship, or technology.

Responsibilities

As a Campus Ambassador, you will:

• Promote ApprenticeForge apprenticeship programs on campus.
• Share program information with classmates, student organizations, and academic departments.
• Encourage students to attend virtual information sessions.
• Assist with recruiting qualified applicants.
• Represent ApprenticeForge professionally on campus and online.
• Provide feedback on student interests and recruiting strategies.
• Help grow awareness of ApprenticeForge within your university community.

Qualifications

We're looking for students who are:

• Currently enrolled at a college or university.
• Strong communicators with interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable networking and engaging with peers.
• Organized, dependable, and self-motivated.
• Interested in career development, technology, business, marketing, or entrepreneurship.

No previous recruiting experience is required.

Experience with any of the following is a plus:

• Student organizations
• Campus leadership
• Marketing or social media
• Career services
• Event planning
• Technology or computer science programs

Compensation

This is a performance-based position.

Campus Ambassadors receive referral bonuses for each student who successfully enrolls in an ApprenticeForge apprenticeship program.
